Those of you that read my blog regularly will know that I enjoy a family photoshoot, especially with young ones and toddlers. Their carefree nature and lack of self-consciousness make photographing them fun. So it was lovely when Maddie and Richard's little daughter Rose joined us for their pre-wedding shoot at Packington Moor last month.
Rose was extremely well behaved and patient whilst we practiced some photography before her mommy and daddy's wedding day. She later got in on the act and joined us for a few family photos.
We didn't have the best weather for the shoot, as it was a drizzly grey day. Armed with rain coats, and with some shelter under the trees we still managed to capture some great shots. Rose was lucky enough to be snuggled up in baby carrier to keep dry and warm.
Maddie and Richard will be exchanging their vows in August, so I'm pretty confident we'll have much better weather come their big day. Packington Moor has a wonderful courtyard as well as some lovely gardens and fields, so here's hoping we are going to be able to make the most of the warm and dry summer weather during their wedding day celebrations.
