Late spring -pre-wedding shoot at The Mount Hotel
June 2017 Filed in: Pre-wedding Shoots
It's been a busy couple of months, and so I've not had as much time as I'd like to be able to share some of my shoots with you on my blog. It would be difficult to show all of my recent photo shoots here, but I'm going to blog a selection from the past few months.
Back at the start of May I met up with Katherine and Stuart at The Mount Hotel, one of my favourite venues. After chatting and discussing their upcoming wedding day, we practiced in front of the camera in the Mount's grounds before heading over to Bantock Park for some extra photos. I know Bantock Park well as Toby and I are there three times a week attending a fitness boot camp.
Katherine and Stuart's was one of the first of my pre-wedding shoots this year to be blessed with some lovely sunshine. Up until that point the British weather had been doing its characteristically changeable but mainly rainy thing. So it was a pleasure to have a dry and bright day.
I've leave you with a selection of photos from the shoot, as well as some words from Stuart.
When I asked him about their engagement, and what he's most looking forward to on their wedding day he said:
"Katherine and I got engaged the day we moved into our first home, it seemed like the most appropriate moment. Without wanting to get too mushy, I'm most looking forward to marrying the love of my life"
"We loved our pre-shoot! Neither of us are big fans of having our photos taken but we felt really comfortable with the session. The chat about the day was really helpful too, it gave us a much better understanding of what to expect from the day. Genuinely ecstatic with the photos we got back too, as they were everything we wanted and more!"
